Current Fitness Loves

I've been feeling really good with my workouts this week. I went from having to talk myself into it to being really excited about it. I've never hated exercising, but after slacking for so long (over 6 months) getting back to it was not easy at all.
One thing that definitely help was trying different exercises from various sources. I get easily bored if I have to do the same thing over and over.

Today I want to share with you some of the 'tools' (if I may call it that) I've been enjoying for my workouts.


Danielle Peazer Dance Workouts on Youtube
Awesome, fun, easy to follow. I love her workouts because you can easily squeeze them into you day, do them by yourself or with a buddy, and there's no equipment needed.

Carmen Morgan Workouts on Instagram 
I just discovered her last week. She has a lot a cool exercises you can do at home, outside, at the gym, with and without equipment. You'd also get some moblity flow.

The Nike Training Club (NTC) app 
This one I've been using off and on for about 5 years now. The app is basically your personal trainer. It offers you a large variety of workouts to choose from, and for all levels. You can even create a program to reach your goal, whether it is to slim down, get definition or get strong.
You can download the app for free both on iPhone and Android.

  8. This is a very helpful article! I have been slacking off with exercise too for the last 8 months. I gained weight and I don't feel good about how I look. I am trying to get back into working out lately (I bike during weekends).But once a week is not really helpful at all! I might try the dance workouts on youtube. :)

  10. That dance workout looks really cool. I don't workout, just because... I'm too lazy. T.T I know, it's unhealthy. But yeah, I might consider starting this 10min dance workout. 10 mins is better than nothing.

  13. Thank you for sharing these tips, I'm constantly trying to find new things so that I stay motivated. It's really hard to discipline yourself to exercise frequently but I just feel I need to find a good routine and then it will become so much easier.

  14. Oh gosh your post makes me feel SO guilty. I've eaten so incredibly badly lately and been umming and ahhing about joining a gym or going swimming yet nothing has happened yet...oops! It's great to see so many options are available though, especially for lazy people like me!

  25. Omg!! Are we related?? I love work out too but I quit for like 4 months and getting back to it seems like a toll until today I decided to change and spice things up.   71. Great tips! I do work out every day, but my problem is food (85% of getting great results) and cardio. Cardio is soooooooooo boring. hahaha
